SuomiJobs is not a job board. We do not post hundreds of generic roles and wait for applications. We source actively — building a curated network of technology engineers across the USA and matching them to specific employer requirements.
Employers submit a hiring requirement. We source from our network, pre-screen against your technical requirements, and present a shortlist of matched profiles. You interview and make the hiring decision. We coordinate the logistics.
Candidates submit their CV to join the network. We review profiles against active and upcoming requirements and reach out when there is a genuine match. Joining the network does not guarantee placement — employers make all hiring decisions.
