process works
A transparent, four-step B2B process from submission to shortlist. No accounts, no portals, no cold calls. You stay in control at every stage.
Submit a requirement
Use the form on the For Employers page to describe the role — tech stack, seniority, location, contract type, and duration. The more detail you provide, the better our match accuracy. We do not require you to create an account or log in to any portal.
We confirm and clarify
Within one business day we confirm receipt of your submission. If we need clarification on any aspect of the requirement — stack depth, rate range, or start date — we will reach out directly. We do not begin sourcing until we are confident we understand the requirement.
We source and qualify
We search our curated engineer network for candidates who match your specific requirement. We contact matching engineers to confirm availability, review their most recent experience, and verify the contract type is acceptable. Only qualified, interested candidates are presented.
You receive a shortlist
We deliver a curated shortlist of matched engineer CVs with technical summaries. Typically 3 to 5 profiles per requirement. No searching required — just review what we send, select who you want to interview, and we facilitate the introduction.
Your timeline
Contract roles: first profiles typically within 3–7 business days of a clear requirement. Permanent roles: first profiles within 5–10 business days depending on requirement complexity.
Confidentiality
Your requirements are not broadcast publicly or shared beyond the matching process. Staffing partner requirements are protected — your client relationships are always yours.
You own the decision
Every interview is run by you on your schedule. Every hiring decision is yours. SuomiJobs facilitates the match and the introduction — employers make all final decisions.
