You are matched against requirements
When an employer submits a requirement that aligns with your profile — tech stack, experience level, location, and contract type — we identify you as a potential match and review the fit more closely before making contact.
We contact you before presenting
Before sharing your profile with any employer, we contact you to describe the role, confirm the details, and get your consent to be presented. You are never blindly submitted to an employer without your knowledge.
Your CV is private
Your CV is not posted publicly. It is held securely and only shared with a specific employer with your explicit consent. No job board, no public profile.
