We built SuomiJobs because technology hiring in the USA is broken at the edges — specifically at the point where specialised engineering talent meets specialised employer needs.

The problem we solve

General job boards generate volume — thousands of applications, most of which do not match the requirement. The employer wastes days screening noise. Qualified engineers have their inboxes flooded by recruiters who have not read their CV. The match — when it happens — often feels like luck.

SuomiJobs is built for the opposite outcome. We focus on ten engineering disciplines. We build networks of genuine specialists in each one. When an employer submits a requirement, we match it against a curated pool of engineers whose skills, availability, and contract preferences align. The employer receives a shortlist of 3 to 5 people. Not 300.

For engineers, the experience is the inverse of a job board. You submit once. You do not scroll listings. You do not fire off applications into the void. When we contact you, it is because a specific employer has a specific requirement that specifically matches your profile.
