No. Submitting your CV to SuomiJobs does not guarantee employment, an interview, or placement of any kind. SuomiJobs facilitates connections between technology professionals and employers. All hiring decisions are made solely by employers. We will contact you when a role requirement matches your profile, but a match is not a guarantee of an interview or offer.
No. Your CV is held securely within our network and is never posted publicly or listed on a job board. It is shared only with a specific employer — after you have been contacted and have given your consent to the presentation. We do not pass your data to third parties without your knowledge.
We will contact you directly — via the email address or phone number you provided — when we identify a potential match between your profile and an employer requirement. We will describe the role, confirm it aligns with your skills and preferences, and ask for your consent before presenting your CV to the employer.
Yes. Many engineers in our network are passively looking — they are employed but open to the right opportunity. When you submit, let us know your availability status — actively looking, open to the right role, or just exploring — and we will contact you accordingly. You will not receive aggressive outreach.
SuomiJobs supports Contract (C2C and W2), Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent/Direct Hire placements. When you submit your CV, indicate your preferred contract type. You will only be considered for roles that match your stated preference — we will not present you for a C2C role if you are only interested in W2, for example.
Your profile is kept active in our network and reviewed against new employer requirements as they come in. There is no set expiry — but if we have not had any relevant requirements for your profile for an extended period, we may reach out to confirm your details are still current. Yes. If you want to update your CV, submit a new version through the Upload Resume form and note in the message that it is an update to an existing submission. If you want your data removed, contact us through the Contact page with a data removal request — we will process it in accordance with applicable data protection law.
