Full Stack Developer

Job Description

Our client, a global leader in technology and energy solutions, is seeking experienced Full Stack Developers for upcoming long-term projects. Although the projects are scheduled to start later this fall, the client is proactively evaluating candidates to assess capabilities and optimize cost structures, as part of a nearshoring strategy from Finland to Europe.

You will join a highly skilled, collaborative team and contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative products with a focus on minimizing environmental impact. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and potentially secure a long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with React and JavaScript-based frameworks.
• Strong experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Familiarity with GitHub and Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
