Senior Data Flow Architect/Advisor
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Flow Architect/Advisor to design and implement integration architecture for connecting various production environments to our central data hub. This role requires expertise in industrial automation systems, cloud-based data integration, and Azure services. The primary focus will be on one-way data transfer from production facilities to the data hub, evolving into more complex integration scenarios over time.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing industrial automation systems and identify key data sources.
- Design and implement a scalable data integration architecture using Azure cloud services.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies for data acquisition, transformation, and transfer.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance throughout the integration process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for successful project implementation.
- Stay updated on trends in industrial automation, cloud computing, and data integration.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data integration.
Mandatory Skills
- Data Architecture – Experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions.
- Industrial Automation Systems and Protocols – Knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, and OT environment.
- Azure Cloud Services – Strong expertise in data flow, transformation, and security in Azure.
- Data Formats & Communication Protocols – Experience with structured/unstructured data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and secure communication protocols (MQTT, OPC-UA, REST APIs, etc.).
