Senior iOS Developer
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced iOS Developer for our client in the financial sector. This is a hybrid role based in Oulu, requiring onsite work 1–2 times per week. You will join a motivated and expert team responsible for the mobile application’s customer services section.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the user experience of millions of Finnish users through a widely used mobile service, within a forward-thinking, agile development environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift
- Use SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, and UIKit
- Ensure code is modular, clean, and well-commented
- Write robust unit and module tests
- Contribute to API design and interface quality
- Use CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
- Leverage AI tools to support and accelerate development
- Collaborate in a self-organizing agile team
- Participate actively in technical decisions regarding app architecture
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional iOS development experience
- Strong expertise in Swift, with understanding of Objective-C and UIKit
- Experience with SwiftUI, XCTest, and modern iOS testing tools
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture and app layers
- Ability to write clear, maintainable, testable code
- Familiarity with CI/CD and agile development processes
- Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
- Willingness to work onsite weekly in Oulu
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices
- Interest or experience using AI-assisted development tools
