Job Description
Our customer is seeking a Technical Consultant with expertise in the Easy Enterprise X application to support the critical upgrade of their Easy Archive system. The candidate will work closely with client teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition to the upgraded version of the Easy Archive system. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and experience in managing application version upgrades in high-availability environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the Easy Archive system upgrade.
- Provide expert technical guidance to client resources responsible for the upgrade.
- Ensure a smooth transition to the upgraded Easy Enterprise X version.
- Familiarize with release notes and key changes between versions 6.2.RS8 to 6.2.RS18 or newer.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient problem-solving in a high-availability environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or in a similar technical role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Easy Enterprise X application, particularly versions 6.2.RS8 or higher.
- Strong understanding of application upgrades and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to provide effective, timely solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with client teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
