Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and support of global customer portal solutions. The portal is a next-generation digital commerce platform aimed at delivering technical information, content, and commerce enablers to customers worldwide. Built on AWS and Salesforce platforms, this solution offers a challenging and rewarding experience for highly skilled professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design, development, and support for global customer portal solutions.
- Create sustainable designs aligned with architecture and data models to support diverse business use cases.
- Conduct assessments and implement effective technical solutions.
- Define and manage the deployment process while ensuring secure technical deployments.
- Actively participate in hands-on development within Agile DevOps teams.
- Act as a Lead Developer, managing multiple technical areas simultaneously.
- Support, consult, and share best practices within development teams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for development processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to meet business goals.
