Job Description

We are seeking experienced Test Automation Engineers to join our team and support key customer projects in the telecommunications and mobile application domains. You’ll play a pivotal role in improving testing practices and contributing to cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, Agile-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automate test cases for telecom and/or mobile application software
  • Define, design, and execute manual and automated test cases
  • Develop and improve test strategies and CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure high-quality delivery

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Test Automation using Python and Robot Framework
  • Hands-on experience with software testing, validation, and integration
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
  • Solid understanding of telecommunication networks and protocols
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with TETRA systems and/or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
  • Mobile testing on Android and/or iOS platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
    • Appium, Jenkins, Docker, Git, GitLab CI
    • Xray for Jira, test management tools
    • Virtualization environments

  • Work Mode Options:
    • Remote: Fully remote within Finland (occasional visits to Helsinki)
    • Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite in Jyväskylä
