Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Testing Specialist with expertise in manual testing to join our team in the finance sector. This role involves manual test planning, execution, and defect reporting within an agile environment, working in 2-week sprints.

The work can be done remotely, but the consultant must occasionally visit the office in Espoo as per the client’s request.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans.
  • Test Case Design: Create detailed test cases covering various scenarios.
  • Manual Testing: Perform end-to-end manual testing on Core, ERP, or other large-scale systems.
  • Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects for resolution.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work within 2-week agile sprints, ensuring smooth testing processes.
  • Communication & Coordination: Effectively communicate testing progress and issues with the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience in test planning, test case design, and test reporting.
  • Prior experience testing Core, ERP, or other large-scale systems.
  • Strong communication and self-management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Jira for test and defect management.
